Misdemeanor DUI
How long does a misdemeanor DUI stay on your record? My future employer is conducting an FBI background check, and I had a DUI 14 years ago in Los Angeles County, California. Will it still show on my record?

Forever. It only counts as a 'prior' for 10 years.
