Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I missed my MaDD class but still have till September 28th to complete one. What do I do? And will I go to jail?

You need to get your MADD class rescheduled so that you can attend before the due date. If they don't have one available before that date, you will need to go back into court to get an extension on when proof of the class needs to be submitted.
