Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I was pulled over after leaving a bar because the police had recieved a call that there was a fight at the bar. There was no fight at the club that night and the first officer responding was informed of that. I was not driving irraticly and the police had no information that I or my vehicle were involved in any fight. There was no reason to stop my vehicle! My question is, do the police have probable cause to stop anyone they feel like because that person is leaving an establishment.

They might have, they may not have probable cause. You need to get a lawyer immediately to access your police report. This may be a winnable DUI.

Police can only stop a car if they have SPECIFIC information relating the car or the people in the car are associat4ed with a crime. If your information is correct, then the stop would not be legal. The big question will be did anyone point to you or your car or passengers as an involved party.
