Re: revocation of probation

Failure to complete your probation terms can result in revocation of probation and imposition of jail and other terms originally ordered. Your proper course of action is to have an attorney appear with you in court and try to convince the judge to recall the arrest warrant that was issued on you, and to re-institute probation and allow you to complete the program. No guarantee, but if properly presented and argued, there is a chance of you avoiding jail. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting the legal help you'll need, if the case is in SoCAl. By the way, DUI count as priors for 10 years, not 7.
