Legal Question in DUI Law in California

. . I pulled to the soft shoulder of the road a vehicle pulled in along side of me. It was a police man.I was asked to breathe into an apperatice twice and walk toe to heal. He then placed me under arrest.I informed him he might want to consider taking me back to the hospital for my evening dosages of medication or I could have a seizure. He agreed to do so. As soon as we arrived in the emergency room he called a nurse over to draw blood. I assumed this was to do some kind of test before administering my prescribed drugs. My Public Defender said it was to be used as evidence against me. The Judge spoke of a pink form I should have receivied for a hearing with the DMV reguarding my license. I never received a pink form from anyone that night.

Hello, it is likely that the DA will attempt to use blood given at the hospital. We may be able to get this supressed. call us immediately for a free consultation.
