Legal Question in Elder Law in California

conservatoryship

My brother has conservatoryship for

my mother , they both live in calif

i live in florida if he put her in a

assisted living faculity . What can i

do to move her to fl. to live with me

.? I have no funds available to take

brother to court to change the

conservatory ship.

Very little, if anything. You can talk to you brother about the benefits of having your mother live with you rather than strangers.

Either work out an agreement with the conservator, or go to court to try to get a court order. Those are your options.
