Can a person not in the state of ca have conservership over a person in ca

Re: conservership

Yes, if the court is convinced it is in the best interests of the conservatee, and the conservator submits to the court's jurisdiction. Obviously, the conservator would have to have local counsel to handle the court matters. If that is the situation, and if the conservatee and case would be in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me if serious to discuss the process and legal help necessary.
