Legal Question in Elder Law in California
over medicated
i signed release of court/jury too sue a nursing home while under 26 meds. per day.
is the waiver valid.

Yes, if you had limited capacity. There may be other reasnos its not valid also.

yes, but you might be able to revoke it because of the meds.
