my mom and dad were married for 50 years when my mom passed away. it was always understood that my sister and i would inherite my parents assetts. a large amount of property, money, and assetts the mojority of these assetts were passed on to my mom from her parents.my parents always told us for 50 years that we would inherite it all. since my mom passed my dad met a gold digger and just married her. will she now automatically inherite everything . even my mothers t

Assuming your father lives in California and never updates his estate plan, his new wife will inherit any community property of their marriage (of which there is likely to be none, assuming your father is retired) and one-third of your father's separate property. However, your father has the right to leave his assets to anyone he wants, and it's all his - it doesn't matter that he inherited half from your mother.
