Contract

Hello. I signed this contract(below) and paid $10,000. This company did nothing for me. It was signed by me in L.A. and Fed Ex'd to Texas. Where do I file? Can I sue pro se? Thanks.

Agreement between

1. This agreement (�Agreement�) when signed by both parties will constitute a legal and binding contract between Management.

3. �, shall provide the following services:

Shop all material, previously independent and major, (i.e. Etc....) & European if warranted. � shall pay all travel related costs if approved by in writing prior to expenditure for such Shopping/Promotion trips.

B) Handle all setup promotion: Press Releases, Photo Shoots, Press, Tour Related Promotion and Independent Radio ( TBD ). Out of pocket costs (if any) shall be approved by in writing prior to commitment and expenditure, and shall be paid by �

C) Seek a Booking Agent for for tours.

D) Administer all artist endorsementsknown

8. This Agreement shall commence on the 13th day of Sept, 2007 and expire on the 13th day of Oct, 2008.

The time to have a lawyer look at your contracts is before you sign them.

While I commend you for attempting to type the entire contract into LawGuru, a lawyer will need to interview you, read the contract, determine what if any rights you have, and assess the probability that you could recover a judgment from the other party.

Don't sue pro se, unless you have a death wish.
