Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have 2 kids in college , 20 and 21. Have been divorced for many years. My X is wealthy but refuses to pay his share [half] of College expences knowing kids will come to me.

Can I take him back to court and have judge order him to pay his share?

His statutory duty to support the children ended when they turned 18. He can be forced to provide for their college education if he agreed to it in the divorce decree.
