Normally a 14 year old minor child has a right to choose who they want to stay with in normal situations. That being said a 13 year old choice of who they want to stay with carries a lot of weight. In your situation I would attempt to talk with your daughter and try to understand her perspective. Teenagers can be difficult but you should make a concerted effort to work on your relationship with her.
