Legal Question in Family Law in California

Affid. for Prejudice

After numerous hearings in front of a commissioner in Pasadena Court and a ruling for arrearages for ex-wife (Child turned 18 10 years ago and ex is after another installment plan), judge refused to recognize or even give me credit for cancelled checks I submitted as evidence. Ex said she never got them, yet she endorsed everyone! In any case, if anyone can send me any reference codes/cases I can use to submit for Prejudice would be appreciated. I am currently having recalculation done by the ''executioner'' and resubmitting another OSC with the Affid for Prej. Any help would be appreciated!! Is it true the same judge/commissioner decides whether to grant it or not? I am going to owe her again because banks no longer have copies after 7 years, so anything less the $100K I will have to pay will suffice based on our laws here in Calfornia.

Re: Affid. for Prejudice

If you believe you got a bad ruling, you either have to file for reconsideration within 10 days of the order or file an appeal, which you do sometimes in as little as 60 days, sometimes as much as 180 days.

Refiling the same request with what you term an affidavit of prejudice will not help you.
