Alimony Payment

I currently pay alimony support to my ex wife. She is now engaged to remarry. At what time may I stop paying support. Thank you.

Your spousal support obligation terminates upon her remarriage. There may be some exceptions by agreement in the judgment. Check the judgment for any exceptions otherwise no more payments are made when she has married. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
