What you are referring to is a Qualified Domestic Relations Order, or QDRO, anad pronounced as you have spelled it, Quadro. The cost of the preparation of that order is not as expensive as the original proceedings and should cost you about $600. That is what I charge. I think that you will need to come up with that money and get the order done, otherwise you are at his mercy to pay you. Check your order, does it say who must pay for it to be completed?
