Re: Bank Information

In a case for Dissolution or Legal Separation you have many options available to you. You may propound interrogatories and/or request for documents requiring your husband to identify and produce documentation, ie, Bank account statements etc. You also can have a subpoena issued, however, you must advise your husband that you are seeking his records. There are some investigatiors who will do an asset search for you. The results of these searchs can be somewhat dubious. You really should retain the services of a Family Law Attorney to assist you . In any event, good luck to you! Regards, Damian M. Nolan.
