is my brothers marriage valid?
My brother was married on july 4th 2007. his wife was married to another man 12 years ago and tried to get a divorce after having his child and finding out he is an arsonist which never went through. after being seperated for almost 11 years can divorce happen automatically or is my brothers marriage illegal?
