Legal Question in Family Law in California

Cash Advance on their inheritance

Family Law case where 2 sisters are having financial difficulties with just their basic living expenses, can't they get any money for them to live with today? The Will states they must be 25, the oldest is 21. I'm a single working parent with no other income.

Re: Cash Advance on their inheritance

This is a probate question not a family law question. However, the court will often allow the use of money being held in trust when required for the maintenance, health etc of the beneficiary of the trust. Consult with an attorney regarding the terms of the will.
