Child custody

I will be filling for divorce since my wife have psycholgical issues. I have two daughters with her, age 3 and 5.

Being a male does having girls as kids work against me to have full or more than 50% customy.

Under what circumstances she would qualify for alimony.

As a general rule the gender of your children does not disqualify you as a custodial parent. The most important factor would appear to be the psychological status of the mother. You should however, discuss the matter with an attorney.
