child support
Been divorced for 9 yrs have a court order saying we have 50/50 custody and we are to both each other $100 per month, we both agree to not do that on our own. so for 9 yrs we have not paid each other. Can she now claim back child support?

I don't understand your question. I have never heard of a court order the mother pay $100 to dad and dad is to pay $100 to mother. Resubmit your question with a better explanation of your question.
