File for visitation

I have a son and i have never been married to his mother. She cancels paternity when the baby was 1 month. Now he is 1 year old. I want visitations, but she moved and i don't have her new address. She cancel food stamps and medical. What can i do?

You need to file a paternity action to establish that you are the father and get visitation. You'll also need to locate her to get her served with the papers, which can be done any number of ways.
