Child Support

My ex husband has recently gotten re-married & he has a daughter from a previous relationship who has just turned 18. Am I able to increase my child support?

The child turning 18 and remarriage are changes of circumstances that would support a motion to change child support. Whether the child support will go up or down cannot be predicted without more information. There are sites on the internet or your local family court will have the computer program to calculate the new support.
