Child Support for a Minor in custody

If a minor child is in custody for sixty days, does the court ordered child support stop. The county bills for care and public defender fees. Would both parents be responsible for those cost or just the custodial parent?

Child support would transfer to the county. Both parents would be responsible for the costs of keeping the child in the county owned fees. The costs would not necessarily be apportioned equally between the parents, but would most likely be apportioned based on their respective incomes.
