convicted sexual abuser rights

How much rights does a convicted child molestor have regarding his children, he does not pay any child support(other than medical coverage) and has not been in my child's life for 8 years. He lives in Oregon and we in southern california

Basically the same rights as any other father. However, there are some sever limitations on his contact with his children. Unless the court makes a finding required by law his contact would be limited to supervised visits.
