Custody and or Visitation Rights

Do grandparents have joint custody and/or visitation rights over a grandchild with divorced parents? Thank you.

No. If you want to see your grandchildren you need to make nice with the parents. If you think both are unfit then you may seek custody or guardianship. If you lose you risK having alienated them further.
