Legal Question in Family Law in California

divorce

My husband wants a divorce. He has agreed to sign the deed to the house over to me and walk away. If we have no disputes over property do we list them in divorce papers so is there somewhere we can write that we already worked it out together?

Re: divorce

It is fairly easy to get a divorce when there is no dispute over property or children. That is, if you are an attorney with the software and knowledge to prepare the 30 pages of form! If you feel that your husband is offering you a good deal then you should pay for the cost of getting the divorce. If you want to email me I would be happy to work with you. It doesn't matter where you are in California since there will not be any court appearances required.
