Legal Question in Family Law in California

minors - revoking permits

My 17 1/2 year old daughter is becoming more and more difficult. We are running out of ways to discipline her. Can I revoke her driver's license and/or her worker's permit? if so - how?

thank you.

It seems a little late to be trying to disiple your daughter by taking away her ability to work. Have you considered family counseling to work out how you can maintain some sort of peaceful co-existance until you can part company? You also may want to indulge yourself more in this next year. I have a 16 1/2 year old at home and have found that a weekend away does wonders. If your married try taking turns stressing over the daughter. Hang in there!
