Legal Question in Family Law in California

My daughter father owe me 10k in child support.He took me to family court for Visitation,Custody and Child Support.The judge did not touch the CS case because it handle at the child support office.How could the judge give us both legal custody and he has moved back to Nigeria to avoid paying child support and arrears?Child Support said his License and pass port is suspened but he's always traveling here back and forth.Can they hold him in contempt? Are there any forms I need to file?

Contempt is initiated by filing an affidavit of facts of contempt. In Family Law proceedings, there is a specific form - FL-411 - but other documents will have to be filed as well. It is suggested that you have an attorney assist you with this.
