Can i deny my childs father visitations if he is drinking?

It depends. If you have an order from a court setting the time, date and conditions of visitation you may not arbitrarily change that order. If there is no order then all there is an agreement between the two of you as to what is fair. That agreement can be revisited and modified at will.

*Tread carefully*!!! This is a hot button issue and you could find yourself in a very long and painful legal battle if you infringe upon the father-child relationship. Your best course of action is to speak with legal counsel as soon as possible.
