Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce and custody etc.

I have filed for divorce in Calif. Court ordered wife not to leave state with our 2 children without court order or my permission. She left anyway without either. What are my rights?

You should file for an emergency order or an enforcement of court order with the court. I would probably write a letter first telling her she needs to bring the kids back immediately.

You should file an ex parte OSC for an order that she return the children to California forthwith.
