Legal Question in Family Law in California

What does a divorce decree look like in California? Is it the filed form FL-190?

I'm getting re-married soon and one of the things I have to present in NY to get a new marriage license is the divorce decree from my first marriage. I'm pretty sure it's the form below, but I have no idea since it doesn't use the word 'decree' anywhere. If anyone could tell me if this is/isn't what's considered the certified decree, that would be a HUGE help.

The actual "decree" is the Judgment, FL-180, not the notice of entry of judgment which is what form FL-190 is for. You need a certified copy of the FL-180 from your case that is on file with the court.
