divorce ?

what does non proof of service without children mean? it said it was vacated. can you tell me what both of these mean.

The terms that you are using do not provide a complete story of what happened. "non proof of service" appears to mean that hearing or moving papers were never served with the proof of that service never filed with the court. "vacated" means that the hearing or order was dismissed as if it were never filed. If you can provide a more complete file then a better answer can be given. Pat McCrary
