Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a DVRO , my husband was ordered to move out of our family home he filed for divorce after I got it he was ordered to pay me temp child/spousal support he took me back to court Feb 4 claims I am not making mortgage payments and house is going into foreclosure and I am not caring for my children all responsibility is on him judge granted he pay me $5,000 move out expense and vacate family home 28 days from receiving payment and also lowered my child support from $1,170.00 to $320,00 per month I am a stay at home mom can't afford attorney already spent $8,000 this is all untrue what can I do please help
