would i have to be emancipated if ...?
I am 17, my sister is 26, married and has a husband, both with steady jobs, will i still have to be emancipated even if my mother agrees to me living with her?

You would not have to be emancipated so long as your mother consents to you living with your sister and her husband. The court will not emancipate you unless you have a source of income to support yourself.
