Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex-wife keep filling motions related to child custody matters regarding our 11-yo child (no child support requests, just requests for exotic trips, extra-cirricular activties, appointment of special master etc.). All those questions have been covered in past hearings or through our custody court order. She keeps ignoring it and filling frivolous lawsuits. How can I stop her and make her pay for attorney fees and legal costs for those frivolous lawsuits?

Respond to her recent motion with a response requesting fees, sanctions and for your ex to be declared a vexatious litigant by the judge thereby preventing her from filing new motions unless the court reviews the motion for viability.
