Legal Question in Family Law in California

family law

my mother kicked me out of our home in texas when she found out i was pregnant. I had to move back to california beacuse i had no place to live. I am struggling really bad. I want to know since I am not a legal adult does she still have to pay for thing for me.

You will have to consult with an attorney in Texas because if you have standing to sue her, since she lives in TX the lawsuit (or whatever action) will have to take place in TX.
