Legal Question in Family Law in California

My father-in-law bought a house for my husband I, i'm not sure if my husband was on the deed with him, I wasn't, my father in law has passed away and my husband had the deed put in his name one day I was at work, well I wasn't ok with that being that we were paying his father for buying the house until he passed so I was added to the deed, well a year ago due to his infidelity, I've moved out, now I want to divorce the marriage is over, he doesn't want to sell the house I feel entitled to half of the house, I am worried, I've invested as much as he, but he feels because his father had involvement I should want nothing. what can I do?

You need to consult with a family law attorney to determine what your interest in the residence may be after a review of all the relevant facts.
