how do I find a pro bono attorney or one that will go to court for the atty fees in a divorce situation.

It is illegal for an attorney to take a divorce case on a contingent fee basis. You must agree to pay the fees and be responsible for them. The attorney can then ask that you be reimbursed but they cannot make payment contingent on getting the fees paid by the other side.
