Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband and I have filed to be legally separated. There are no issues with finances or the settlement. Which one of the financial forms do we have to fill out? Is there a waiver so we don't have to fill out all of them? Thank you!

You have to both fill out your preliminary declaration of disclosures. These are your FL-140,141,142, and 150. These need to be served upon opposing party. Once both parties have done this both parties can waive final disclosures via an FL-144 form. If you have a no contest divorce typically a divorce attorney is pretty cheap. I always suggest individuals go that route to minimize the risks of mistakes in the paperwork.
