My husband and I are filing for divorce my only option is to move out of state with my children. How do I do this legally immediately. The house has gotten hostile.

When you file and serve your divorce petition, you should include a request for order to relocate the children to another state. If you do not get orders permitting the children to move, you run the risk of your ex getting orders to have the children returned to the home state. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your options.
