Well that's an interesting introduction to your situation, but it really doesn't let us know what questions you need answered or what you need to know. The only advice I can give you based on what little you have told us is no matter how angry you may be with each other, focus on what's best for an ongoing relationship with each other as parents to your child(ren). There's an old saying that once you have kids you don't get very much divorce for your money. What that means is that you are going to be parents together for life. Get used to it. Make it work. Once you have kids you can't end the relationship. A divorce only transitions it from married parents to divorced parents. It's up to you both to make that new form of the relationship as good as possible for yourselves and your child(ren).
