Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have an Indian passport and was married in India 12 years back. My wife and I with our daughter moved to Californiaon my L1 three years back. Now I have received Greencard for myself, daughter and wife. we wish to seek divorce. Which family law, spousal support and child care applies to us? India or US?

Unless you stipulate to the contrary, California law would apply since you've been residing in this jurisdiction long enough to initiate a divorce action.
