what kind of response can be filed when a dissolution pettion has been filed in the wrong jurisdiction or wrong information was given ?

You should consult with a local attorney. The first response to a petition incorrectly filed is very tricky. You should probably file a responsive motion of some sort to change venue or dispute jurisdiction if it did not attach properly.

For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.
