L.A child support

I have been fighting this case for about 2 and a half years

they never served a summons and complaint they serverd it on my ex wife who claimed she was a co tenant. DCSS has revoked my drivers lic. and iam unemployed now as a result of that. I need it to work, how do get it back?

You can get your driver's license reinstated but there is a process. You can petition the court to show your circumstances have changed and that you need your license in order to make a living. You should be able to get a restricted license for work only. But you will have to deal with Child Services about the license. They have the power to get DMV to suspend or revoke a license because child support is in arrears. There are attorneys and legal clinics who specialize in driver's license reinstatement. You might try contacting the LA Free Legal Clinic and ask about when they will have their next Driver's License Reinstatement program.
