I live in solano county and completed the emergency ex parte for child custody I am serving my ex soon what happens if he doesn't show up on the court date and do I have to prove he is on Meth

Please be sure you properly serve him and file a proof of service with the court before the hearing. If he shows at the hearing, request random drug testing he pays for to be provided to you and the court as a precondition for any contact with the child.
