Married man and women, not to each other have child together

If a married man and a married women, not to each other, have a child together, does the man have any legal rights to visitation and/or custody of the child?

Yes a mother and father have parental rights to the child, a parentage action needs to be filed to make a judgment on the parentage of the child.
