I've been married for six months I'am going to buy a house with my own money, but me and my wife are not together any more can she take my house away from me

If you are still married, you cannot buy a house even with your own money unless your wife is wiling to sign a quitclaim deed. If she is not willing to do so, you will need to complete a divorce.

You need to see a lawyer in person. You have a very messy situation that can be navigated by a lawyer but is almost certain to trip you up if you don't have one.
