Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was married for 18 years and get spousal support. In our settlement (that my Ex wrote)I am to receive support until I remarry or a judge revokes it. Can it be revoked if I live with my boyfriend?

Co-habitation creates a presumption that you are in need of less support which could mean termination of your spousal support. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
