Legal Question in Family Law in California

Move away with my 11 yr. Daughter.

I have been going through a custody move away since last Oct. I am trying to move with my 11 yr. old daughter 4 hrs away my ex- husband is fighting this, the mediator has ordered a psych. eval on everyone, my daughter wants to stay with me. My husband now is already living in North.Ca waiting for us,and my transfer has gone through and now being put on hold till this is over. does the court take in consideration of her age? and that she has told the Mediator and the psych. she wants to stay with me, and more important she knows and has told that I would not keep her away from her dad. what i'm looking for is a little hope that I will be able to move with my daughter.

Court will take all into considertion, however, mediator typically has strong pull. May want to make offer for cost of travel, etc., et. Call if you wish to discuss.
