do i have to pay for 1/2 of full time child care expenses paid by my ex that i don't use and i can also provide child care full time. i have been a stay at home mom for 8 years and am currently unemployed

You have to pay 1/2 the actual out of pocket child care that is used. If you can provide the child care, you need to get your custody order modified to call for that. Unless the court has some basis for denying you custodial time with your kids when they need daycare, or there is some logistical reason it can't be done, such as your kids will be living too far away, or the court wants to order you to look for work full time, it would be common for the court to give you custodial time when daycare is needed.
